Terms of Service

These terms apply to nomad-labs.co and to anything bought through it. The site is operated by NOMAD LABS LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("we", "us"). By buying from us you agree to what is below.

What we sell

Digital products — files you download or receive by email. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page states what you receive, the price, the currency, and how it reaches you. If a product page and this document disagree, the product page governs the sale.

Nothing is currently offered for sale on this site.

How an order is fulfilled

Fulfilment is manual. A person prepares and sends your order to the email address you give at checkout. It is not instant, and the delivery window stated on the product page is what we commit to. If we cannot fulfil an order, we refund it in full.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number. Prices are shown in the currency stated on the product page, and taxes are applied where they are due.

Licence to use what you buy

Unless a product page says otherwise, you get a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the product for personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or present it as your own product. You keep ownership of anything you create with it.

How products are made

Some of what we sell is created with AI-assisted tools and reviewed by a person before it is published. This does not move responsibility anywhere: you bought from NOMAD LABS LLC, and NOMAD LABS LLC is responsible for what it sells.

What we do not promise

Products are provided as described on their product page. We do not promise that a product will achieve a particular result for you, and we do not give professional advice — legal, financial, medical or otherwise. Where the law allows us to limit liability, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Changes

We may change these terms. The version in force for your order is the version published when you placed it. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
